Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The Worker submitted a dispute that she was bullied and harassed by her manager.
Summary of Workers Case:
The Worker or her representative did not attend the hearing.
Summary of Employer’s Case:
The Employer or its representative did not attend the hearing.
Conclusions:
This dispute is a duplicate of another dispute which was heard on 22 April 2024. The Employer declined to attend that or the hearing in this instant case.
Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute. As neither party attended the hearing and the matter has already been the subject of a previous recommendation, I make no further recommendation in this dispute.
